Shark Dives

We offer divers and non-divers the opportunity of diving with the sharks and other marine life in the main display tank of the Melbourne Aquarium. We are now into our eleventh year of this exciting venture and have taken over 20,000 people safely diving with the sharks. You too can enjoy the thrill of swimming amongst the sharks and other marine life in full scuba equipment and will have peace of mind knowing that each scuba dive is always guided by one of our fully trained dive staff. It’s an experience you’ll never forget.

Diving HQ are currently booking dives on a Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you wish to make a booking, payment is required at the time of booking (over phone with credit card) then the dive time is confirmed with the diver. If a diver suggests a time and date we can usually slot them in, however, we cannot confirm it unless payment has been made. "Malin did a great job! She was entertaining and informative and took plenty of time during our pool session to make sure we were comfortable and confident in what we were being taught. The guys at the aquarium were great too, it was such an enjoyable experience! I think the biggest thing is that I felt safe at all points due to the team being so knowledgable and easy to approach with any questions."
